You can send the purchased product back to us by mail, where we will process your complaint.

  • Clean the product: The product must be returned clean.

  • Fill out the Complaint Form: Include your contact details, product information, and a description of the defect. Print the form and place it inside the package with the item.

  • Pack carefully: Carefully pack the product to prevent any damage during transit.

  • Include documents: Pack the printed form along with your proof of purchase (receipt/invoice).
