Refund and Returns Policy

RETURN POLICY
Pursuant to the Polish Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, Consumers may withdraw from a sales contract for goods purchased in the Online Store without stating a reason by submitting a written declaration within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. The deadline is met if the declaration is sent before its expiry.

Return Procedure:

  1. Submit a withdrawal declaration using:

    • Electronic Return Form via e-mail sent to:  store@dkcustoms.pl

    • Written statement sent to:

      Sudwa 17, 11-015 Sudwa, Poland

  2. Return goods within 14 days of submitting your withdrawal declaration.

    • Deadline met if shipped before expiry.

    • Ship to: Sudwa 17, 11-015 Sudwa, Poland

  3. Refunds:

    • Issued within 14 days of receiving both declaration AND goods.

    • Condition: Goods must be unused, undamaged, and in original state.

    • Method: Bank transfer to original payment account.

    • Cost: Consumer bears return shipping fees.

Required for Returns:

  • Original undamaged packaging

  • Complete contents (as received)

  • Unused product/accessories (no signs of use)

  • Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice copy)

  • Written withdrawal declaration


COMPLAINT POLICY
The Seller’s liability for non-conformity of goods with the sales contract is governed by Polish law, including the Act of July 27, 2002, on Consumer Sales.

Complaint Submission:
Submit complaints regarding defects/non-conformity:

  2. In writing: Mail to above address

  3. Electronically: Email to store@dkcustoms.pl

Recommended Details:

  • Description of defect/non-conformity

  • Date defect occurred

  • Remedy requested (repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination)

  • Your contact information

Important Notice:

  • Parts must be installed by professionals or at DK Customs.

  • Complaints resulting from improper installation by unauthorized parties will be rejected.

Required for Complaints:

  • Original packaging (even if damaged)

  • Complete contents

  • Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice copy)

  • Completed complaint form (template attached)
